The production ramp-up period is a sensitive phase of the implementation of a production line. Mondragon Assembly will support the customer during this phase.

We advise and support the customer during the period from initial production to maximum capacity utilization, characterized by product and process experimentation and improvements.

What kind of help we provide? It depends on the customer; we always adapt to our customer’s needs.

Examples of services we provide:

• Support on production.
• One senior technician during four consecutive working weeks.
• The communication language will be English.
• If needed, extra-training of customer shift leaders and managers (production, quality, process) in the manufacturing process of PV modules, paying special attention to customer’s module type.
